Have you changed the fusing unit? If try that first, then relace the IH Power supply or the (coil unit) is what the fuser attaches to when you install one. power supply is located right side under the control panel, .

Replace the IH Power supply, it will solve your problem... Page 71 Item 5 from the parts manual.

p codes are warnings that a consumable is reaching the end of its life you can go into service mode and it will give you a list of error codes including p codes

Because there is a problem with tray four so it makes it disappear First open tray four remove the paper that might be stuck behind it.. Then enter service mode utility/counter, touch details on the meter count, then stop 00 stop 01 then select system 1, then select problem unit isolation, then select tray 4 your going to unset follow the screen, then your going to do the same process again this time set, if the draw continues to not show after this procedure get a tech out to look at it, as for tray three maybe the rollers need replacing have the tech look at them to.

Turn OFF the copier,press and keep pressing the Function key and turn ON the copier.Keep pressed the Function key until appaire the Trouble reset message on the display.Release the Function key ,touch the message and turn OFF the copier.Wait 1 minutes and turn ON.

can u upload a copy of the problem? can the faded part be rubbed off? if so its your fuser that needs replacing - very expensive. if it doesnt then in tray 1 you have a flap at the front of the tray with a laser slit glass cleaner - pull down the bottom cover at the front and put up and down the holes in front of you at the bottom. should have arrows pointing
