My samsung scx-4623f always "paper jam in exit area" every time i print even though i always put out the jammed paper in the exit area.

Verify the paper tray sensor actuator,the problem is or actuator brocken or paper part jammed under sensor and blocking the actuator.

On the document that you are trying to print, go to the very last word, of the last page.. hold the shift key down & use your down arrow to highlight anything below, no matter how long it may be highlighting white space. Hit your back arrow once. Check the last word for punctuation & spelling, resale your document & try to print again.

A lot of times in the course of 'composing', extra carriage returns or tabs or spaces, are added to the bottom of the document. I have just explained how to clear the second page printing. It may also remove the erroneous codes that may have formed.

Rebooting a printer has the same good effect as rebooting your computing device. It clears up a lot of confusion that has stacked up since the last time you did it.

If you have printed labels with this same printer, you may have part of a label throwing off the paper path. Also make sure that the paper guides in your paper bin or manual feed area are close, but not touching or pinching the paper. This can cause paper to go off of its normal print path.

is this there all the time or only when you try to print? if it is there all the time there is a paper jam in the fuser area the back of the machine. if it only happens when you try to print it is most likely the feed tires in the paper feed in area.

reset the manual feeder or tray 2.and chk the paper sprator

Disconnect it completely from power and re-connect again.

I suppose that the exit paper sensor in fusing section is broken (ussually when you pull out paper jam you can brake this little black or blue pawl). You can order and buy only this paper sensor pawl (very cheep).

when paper jam occurs, Paper jam appears on the display.

Message Location of Jam
[Paper Jam 0] - In the paper input tray
[Paper Jam 1] - In the fuser area or around the toner cartridge
In the manual feeder
[Paper Jam 2] - In the paper exit area

pls. check the Main Frame paper feeding gear was brokned or not ?
