Shutdown the PC . Then just pull the power plug from the back of the printer for 30 secs.
Afterwards turn on the printer first, then the PC. It should clear out.

There has been a pending document in the que. I tried to delete the document but now it states deleting next to the document in the que. Can not print anything.

Open the Print Que and see if it will let you pause the print job. Then close the que and turn the printer off. Open the print que again and see if it will let you delete it. For some reason every now and again a que will hang. This process should reset the que. It will dump everything in printer memory and should release the document to delete the job. In any event pausing the job should release the printer to print other jobs.

Document stuck in que, can't delete, can't print i can delete the other ones after the first one, but the first one is stuck. tried to delete several times, won't allow it. tried to unplug printer, shut...

I'm not an expert, but this usually fixes my printer when this happens. Go to Start, Control Panel, Administrative Tools, and then Services. You will see a long list of items. Scroll down to Print Spooler. On the left hand side you will see buttons to Stop and Restart Services. Click on Stop and wait until it stops. Then click on Restart. Try to delete the item from the printer que again. If it doesn't work, do the same steps as above, but between the Stop & the Restart, try to delete it then. This works for me. Good luck!

I can't "delete" a document from the que

Have you tried to stop the spooler service in services?
Option 1)
Click on start orb
Type in search window:
services.msc
click ok
Scroll down to Print spooler service and click on it in the right side
window.
On the left side click stop the service and wait forthe process to
stop
Do not close the window yet. You will have to restart it here later.
next delete the print job in the printer queue
then restart the spooler service
Resubmit your new print job.

Option 2)
If that doesn't clear it, the next step would be to stop the spooler
service as stated above
Go into windows explorer
(Print job data is collected and stored in a spool file in the spooler
folder.)

It is located in:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\spool\PRINTERS

Your print job will show 2 files there Example below:
00002.SHD
00002.SPL

Delete the files located in there. There may be several of them
depending apon how many print jobs you submitted. You will have to
resubmit your print jobs all over again.
Next go back to services window and restart the spooler service

That will definitely fix it.
