First You Need to Open the Print Queue, follow the below steps on how to open a Print queue
Double click on the appropriate printer to open up the Print queue,Check whether you have any pending or the queued jobs, try to cancel the jobs by following the below steps.
or click Start, Control Panel, Printers and Faxes
To cancel one or more print jobs, follow these steps.
1. Click Start, and then click Run.
2. In the Open box, type control printers, and then click OK.
3. Right-click the icon for your printer, and then click Open.
• To cancel individual print jobs, right-click the print job that you want to cancel, and then click Cancel.
• To cancel all print jobs, click Cancel All Documents on the Printer menu.

Click Stop to stop the Print Spooler.
Click Start to restart the Print Spooler. Then click Restart

Shutdown the PC . Then just pull the power plug from the back of the printer for 30 secs.
Afterwards turn on the printer first, then the PC. It should clear out.

To delete the queue, follow the procedure.
Go to START MENU
Choose RUN (For Windows XP) or Choose Command prompt, right click and run as administrator ( For window vista and windows 7)
Type the letter "cmd"
Type the word "net stop spooler"
Exit
Go to C drive
Choose to Windows Folder
Click show content
Choose system32 folder
Choose spool folder
Choose printer
And delete all printing jobs pending
Again go back to CMD window and type the word "net start spooler"
Restart your computer also turn off your printer and switch it on.
It will work fine right now
