Hello, I was just wondering what code Service H29 is for . It is not in the manual.
Refuse light and alarm stay on inspite of the fact the tray is empty. Sensor switch is clean with no obstruction. Printer has been restarted with no solution. Any ideas? Thanks
I got this error message as well. After much hassle with the technical support channels, turned out to be as simple as emptying the donor refuse. H-29 is apparently the error code for the Refuse Donor Full sensor. Don't know why the Refuse Full light did not just come on, I imagine the sheets were jammed in the refuse collection tray. If emptying the tray does not clear the code, other suggestions are that the arms on the tray are bent or damaged or that there is dirt on the black U-shaped sensor in the tray.
I have a Fuji 3000 and a 3500 both in good working order with very low use and am lookig for anyone who may be intereted in buying them
I have the Pictogrphy 3500 service manual, however I also can not find error code H29.
I need to refresh myself with the printer operation and need to fix it myself.

I am getting the exact same error, and cannot find the solution anywhere. Any help would be appreciated!
Hello, I finally found what the error code is. The sensor in the refuse arms. I hold my refuse arms up and start the machine, it starts and says refuse full, soon as I release these back down, the error starts up. I think that the arms got bent a little when I had a big jam. I am looking on Ebay for a used printer it looks as though a 3000 and 3500 both have the exact same arms and sensors. I could only imagine what a sensor would cost to replace from Fuji.
Is there any independent service place for Fuji Pictrography in NYC arae?
