Contact a locksmith. Contact during normal business hours, and Monday through Friday.
(They jack up their prices on weekends and after hours. Sometimes so High, that you won't even think of having them come out! This is what they want. They DON'T want to come out, when they have set down to an evening meal, or their weekend. Yes, I know a few locksmiths)
Tell them you wish to reset the lock code.

You don't know the combination code, and you don't have a key? Or you know the right combo code, but the batteries are dead? If you have the right code, and the batteries are near-dead, try the jiggle suggestion...put the safe on you lap, put in the correct combo, and jiggle the safe while turning the latch. Might work.

I change my code weekly on my electronic safe due to safety purposes, I now forgot the code and tried different codes until it blocked.
