1st You download Webcam Driver.
After this install the Webcam driver in the system.
Installation of Webcam Driver
Go to the control panel
Click on the System Icon
Click on the Hardware Tab
Click on the Device Manager s
Select the Unknown Device or printer device where yellow Question Marks sign on it.
Right click on it and uninstall it.
After this go to the top of the device manager and click on scan for hardware changes.
Driver installation Wizard start.
Brows Your Driver from the Hard Disk and click on next.
Driver will be install.
You can download driver from bottom link.

Hello,
for those who have a DELL Inspiron 15 and have problems with video cards
Intel HD Graphics 4000 and AMD Radeon HD 7670 and WIN 7 x64 operating systems
I recommend this link where to download the compatible drivers and it works.
at first glance if you download from the manufacturer's website amd drivers it will show two video cards Intel HD Graphics 4000 and AMD Radeon HD 7670 but these drivers do not work and AMD motherboard because the screen turns on and off without interruption.
I downloaded from this link other drivers>

AMD Graphics Driver for Inspiron 15 3521 Windows 7 64-bit
and after installing everything was perfect and the manager appeared on these devices video cards Intel (R) HD Graphics 4000 and AMD Radeon HD 7670M
before this oprate uninstall any previously installed driver and reboot without permit automatic installation of drivers.
download or perform manual operation.

How do I connect my DELL Inspiron 3521 laptop to the HP Photosmart D110 Printer? The laptop is not recognizing the Printer. Whenever we try to download printer software, it says "System Driver cannot...

First of all, what is your Operating System? XP? Windows 7? Windows 8? Are you connecting via Wireless or USB? Is your system 32-bit or 64-bit? If connecting via USB, try different USB ports on the laptop and a different USB cord just to be sure. If you can get into your laptops Device Manager you can go under Action and tell it to scan for hardware changes while the printer is attached to the laptop. Windows 7 & 8 usually have decent Plug and Play features and may pick up the driver.
Are you getting the driver from HP directly? If so, make sure you are matching the Operating system exactly (ex. Windows 8 64-bit/Windows 7 32-bit). You can discover your system type by right clicking on the Computer icon and going to properties. You may also want to try an HP Universal PCL 6 driver if the driver for the actual printer will not download. Save the driver to the desktop or a designated file within the C drive in case your temp folder is corrupt and run it from the local save.
There could be other issues, such as a 3rd party firewall blocking the driver or the Anti-Virus could be an issue as well.
