I accidentally snapped my coiled air compressor hose. Is there a way I can fix this or do I need to buy a new one.

It's not worth the aggravation trying to find the fittings to repair it, they are inexpensive to replace. Most repairs will eventually fail and you might be in the wrong place when it does. For around $10 - $15 why risk it.

Air compressor runs but i only get 20 psi i check for oil but i never find were to test the oil level do this air compressor is oilless?

Yes it has no oil. and you need to remove the top cover and check for air leak between the pump an the tank. if you have a large leak the tank will not fill. Two screws and the cover should snap off. check copper line for blown seals.
