2013 VW CC V6 (3.6) Serpentine Belt Routing

Here is the serpentine belt routing for a 2013 VW CC with a V6 3.6 liter engine:
  1. Start by locating the automatic belt tensioner on the front of the engine.
  2. Route the belt around the crankshaft pulley at the bottom of the engine.
  3. From there, route the belt around the idler pulley, which is just above the crankshaft pulley.
  4. Next, route the belt around the alternator pulley, which is located on the top left side of the engine.
  5. After the alternator, route the belt around the power steering pump pulley, which is located on the top right side of the engine.
  6. From there, route the belt around the water pump pulley, which is located just above the power steering pump.
  7. Finally, route the belt around the tensioner pulley, which should be the last pulley in the belt routing.
Double-check that the belt is properly seated on each pulley and that the routing matches the diagram on the engine or in the owner's manual before starting the engine.

Can you show me the correct diagram for the drive belt on a 44in Dixon zero turn mower

Hope this helps. Serpentine Blade Drive Belt
1 Lower the mower deck to its lowest position.
2 Route the serpentine blade drive belt (part number 6109) onto the V-pulleys located on the mower deck. One double pulley is located at the front of the deck near the center. The other two pulleys are located near each side of the deck. Route the belt around the outside -- the side toward the outer edge of the mower deck -- of each pulley. For the double pulley near the front of the deck, route the belt around the lower pulley (part number 6058) only. If pulleys are fitted with belt guards, work the belt in between the pulley and shield.
3 Push the idler pulley toward the center of the deck with your hand. The idler pulley (part number 6059) is the fourth pulley on the deck and is located near the rear of the deck. It is the only movable pulley on the deck. Wrap the belt around the side of the pulley nearest the edge of the deck. Release the idler pulley to place tension on the belt. No adjustment is necessary because the serpentine idler spring (part number 6065), located on the idler pulley, adjusts the belt to the correct tension.

1996 Ford contour automatic 2.0 L with air-conditioning and no turbo. How do I change the serpentine belt

Either locate the belt routing diagram that is usually located under the hood somewhere, or take a photo of the path of the current belt. Locate the belt tensioner pulley. Using an appropriate ratchet or belt removal tool, release tension on the old belt and slide the old belt off the pulleys. Thread the new belt over the pulleys in the same configuration as the diagram (or photo), release tension of the tensioner and slide the belt on it. Allow the tensioner to take up the belt slack. Inspect the belt for proper routing and to ensure that it is on all pulleys correctly.

I dont know how to releave the tension to remove the belt

If you are talking about a serpentine belt on a car; you need to locate the tensioner pulley. A tensioner pulley is spring loaded to press on the belt to ensure the the belt stays on "track". It is usually located towards the top of your belt pulley system. Turn the nut located in the center of the tensioner pulley. That will relieve the tension and allow you to replace your serpentine belt.7fabd47.png

Cable to engage the self propelled pully came loose. How do i reattach it?

Hi,
Instructions
Step 1 Locate the spark plug wire, and disconnect it from the spark plug.
Step 2 Remove the screw that is used to secure the belt cover to the mower with a screwdriver. Take the belt cover off of the mower.
Step 3 Loosen the belt tension bolt with the socket wrench. The belt tension bolt is located next to the wheel adjustment lever on the left front of the mower.
Step 4 Pull the front part of the drive belt off of the transmission pulley that is located on top of the motor.
Step 5 Tilt the mower on its side, and pull the rear part of the drive belt over the mower blade.
Step 6 Insert the rear of the new drive belt over the mower blade, and place the front of the belt over the transmission pulley.
Step 7 Tighten the belt tension bolt with the socket wrench.
Step 8 Locate the adjuster nut located on the underside of the mower near the belt tension bolt.
Step 9 Tighten the nut with the wrench until it touches the spacer, and slightly loosen the nut so that the spacer can turn.
Step 10 Set the belt cover back onto the mower, and secure it with the screw.
Step 11 Re-connect the spark plug wire to the spark plug.
Good Luck!

I need to replace the belt in my GLER341AS2 model Frigidaire dryer. How do i open up the dryer to do so?

Unplug the dryer and using a 1/2 inch pait scraper locate the spring loded clips holding the top down to the front of the cabnet. They are located about one to two inches from the front corners of the dryer.

Looking inside the dryer locate the screws holding the front panel to the cabnet and remove the screws.
Mark the wires to the door switch and remove.
Remove the front panel.
Go behind the dryer and remove the small rear panel near the bottom of the dryer.Observe how the belt is attached to the pulleys.Release the tention on the belt by moving the belt tentioner and sliding the belt off the motor pulley.
Go to the front of the dryer and grab the belt on the top of the dryer drum. Holding the belt lift the drum straight out holding the drum with the belt.
Check to see if all the rollers are in good shape and rotate freeley. Oil if needed.
Check to see if the teflon gliders located on the front panel that hold the drum are in good shape. Replace if needed.

How do I locate tension wheel to replace serpntne belts 04 sentra

The serpentine belt runs everyting under the hood...easiest way to locate the tension wheel is to look at every other wheel that the belt runs to.

Your tension wheel will be where the belt runs without being in a V channel, the tension wheel will be flat..no grooves to accomodate the belt.

Hope this helps
