How to set the time on a Dakota one button watch

To set the time on a Dakota one button watch, you will need to follow the instructions in the user manual that came with the watch. If you do not have the user manual, you can try the following steps:
  1. Press and hold the button on the top right side of the watch: Press and hold the button until the time display appears.
  2. Set the time: Use the button to set the time. The specific sequence for setting the time will depend on the make and model of your watch.
  3. Exit the time setting mode: Once the time is set, you will need to exit the time setting mode. The specific steps for exiting the time setting mode will depend on the make and model of your watch.
It is important to note that the steps for setting the time on a Dakota one button watch may vary depending on the specific make and model of the watch. If you are unable to set the time using the steps above, it is recommended to refer to the user manual or contact Dakota customer support for assistance.
If you have a "his and hers" set of Dakota watches, the steps for setting the time on both watches should be the same. You can use the steps above to set the time on both watches.

I have a structure men’s sport watch I need to know how to set the time ?

Many times you may have to press two buttons at the same time and hold them down until you get to the set menu then program each step as you go through the cycle. I hope this helps.

What is guided observation?

Hi.

It is an observation exercise where the observer has to follow specific parameters and to perform specific tasks, usually detailed in a written form or checklist.

If for example you do a guided observation of a teaching session you may be asked to base your evaluation of the lecturer on parameter such as:

Lecture structure.
Use of multimedia materials.
Time dedicated to pupil's questions.
Interactive activities.
Use of resources.
Inclusiveness.
Technical knowledge.
Professionalism.

The list of parameters written above will be the guide for the lecture's observation.

Regards.

Discolored white nautica watch band

If your watch band have UV sensitive pigmentation in it, there is nothing you can do, but buy the new band.
Find your nearest jeweller and ask to clean watch band in ultrasonic cleaner for 1 hour. If this kind of cleaning doesn't help, that means your watch band is UV sensitive and is and will be discolouring more and more by the time.
Alternatively you can try to clean it with the lighter fluid (ZIPPO). Soak a soft cloth in to lighter fluid and clean the band. Start with a small area inside band to make sure the fluid is not reacting as dissolver, as some resins react quite vigorously and tend to transform into chewing gum sort of state.
And again- if this cleaning doesn't help, the band is UV sensitive and discolouring is taking place.
That discolouring is happening becouse some of the colour pigments used in resin manufacture are sensitive to ultraviolet light and when exposed to sunlight or daylight, they react in a chemical
way, changing molecular structure, wich we see as the colour change. This process can not be reversed and this is why the band can not be cleaned.
Do not forget to rate please.

Hands only move back and forth

The battery you put in may also be defective to start with. You need to have a proper watch battery tester to know if the battery is actually good.

As for cleaning a watch the watch maker will take all the tiny mechanical pieces apart, put them in to a very fine screen basket, and submerge the pieces in to the cleaning solution inside of an ultra sonic cleaning machine. Once cleaned he will maliciously re-assemble all the pieces in back in to the casing structure and lubricate with the very fine 000 viscosity oil used for watches. Then he will perform all the necessary mechanical adjustments.

Personally, if not properly trained and not having the proper tools and jigs I do not think you would be able do this type of work without ruining the watch...
