Is there an equivalent 3M filter to compare to the EZ Flow II? Lowe's sells the 3M filters. No one locally sells the EZ Flow II anymore.

But im going to just go buy some thin foam type stuff and keep my old frame and glue or attach the new stuff to my old air filter frame and that should take care of it.

Flow error code: Insufficient water flow through heater.

Common culprits:
Faulty flow sensor or pressure switch - switch stuck in open position, this is the most common cause of the Flow error code.
Dirty filter - try removing filter and run your system & see if the code returns.
Water line blockage - Check water lines & gate valves are clear/open.

If the problem is not listed above call a local spa technician as the problem could be something for significant.

Check the air filter. Freeze ups are often caused by low airflow across the cold coil. A dirty air filter can severely restrict air flow. Replace or wash (if a washable type) the filter and allow the dehumidifier coils to defrost completely. Reinstall the filter and be sure to locate the appliance so that air flow in and out of it is not restricted in any way (not up against a wall, behind a door, curtains, etc.) and restart.

If the unit has been run without an air filter, the cooling coil fins are probably choked with dust and dirt. They should be cleaned with a product designed expressly for this purpose such as:



Evaporator coil cleaner is available from many hardware and "big box home supply stores" such as Lowe's or Home Depot.

Use only as directed, and buy filters! it's much easier to replace filters than cleaning coils.

The part number for the filter is ukf8001 its available at your local appliance parts store,Sears,
Lowe's or HomeDepot. Just take in the old one to match it up.

Hello, it depends what type of filters you are using, if you have the pleated filters such as the 3m brand they should be changed every three months If you are using the blue filters they should be changed every month.

There is an arrow on the filter indicating the direction of air flow. The arrow should point toward the ductwork as that is the direction the air flows from the furnace fan.

I would buy the specific filter you need, not an "A slash C" designed to fit both. Various places online sell these and are about half priced compared to walmart. Check Amazon for a starter.

check in the menu to see if there is a filter timer that you can reset. if so, reset it. if not, there is an air flow sensor on the projector that will send that message if the air flow is decreased so the projector does not overheat. find the filter and remove it. blow it out with canned air and blow out the projector as well. replace the filter and enjoy!
