Hello, My WET 28020 washing machine is not working anymore. There's a '2.' on the screen and the light 'drying' is on and also the light 'rinsing' is on. I already unplugged it but it didn't work. It looks like it's saying that he was to dry for another 2 minutes. If you turn the washer off it's possible to open filling door after a couple of minutes. What is wrong with it? and how can I solve this problem?

Try Tresilla's advice to check the filter first. If you draw a blank there, and if your machine has a separate condenser (as I suspect it will have) then you might want to check whether the bottom end of the condenser, the condensate drain hose which runs from the lower end of the condenser down to the drain pump, or any vent hose (these are sometimes connected to the bottom of the condenser too) has become choked with lint. (So you know what to look for: The condenser is likely to be a largish (often plastic and flattened) duct which runs from the back of the drum up to the dryer blower at the top of the machine. Connected about a third of the way from the top, it will have an inlet hose which leads to the cold water inlet valve and somewhere towards the bottom, a fatter drain hose which leads down to the pump. There may also be a vent hose coming off the very bottom, leading to a point near the very top of the machine). A.

Sorry I'm way late with this but I've only just noticed it. Unplug the machine from the mains! Remove the lid (with a torx screwdriver) and you'll notice a small circular device with 2 leads attached on the top of the machine, in the centre there's a small button, press it and it should click......you've fixed it This is a thermal cutout safety device designed to switch the drying heater off if it becomes too hot. The probable cause for this is that you've over filled the machine and the air didn't circulate freely. as a rule of thumb, dry 1/2 as many clothes as you wash.

The problem was the thermostat in the drying inlet chamber. Very easy to get to and very easy to change.

E:27 message means that the door locking mechanism has malfunctioned and/or is overheating. Unplug the machine for 30 minutes and try again. If that doesn't solve the problem you need to call the service.
