Just bought a second Roku 3 and it says all is installed but when I watch a Netflix movie, I can hear it but can't see it and I'm getting DCP unauthorized content disabled.
This happens to me often.
ALL I do is unplug the HDMI cable from the ROKU box for 5 seconds, and put it back in. One step.
It works instantly and no confusing directions from ROKU to try with hit and misses.
Maybe this easy fix will also work for others and is worth a try.
Hi! This happens because of the delay of the handshake between the Roku and the TV via HDMI connection. This HDCP Unauthorized Content is a protection for anti-piracy campaign and sometimes, if after you've done all the troubleshooting steps and it will still not solve the issue, this could be an incompatibility between the TV and your Roku.
What you can do at the moment is to unplug the HDMI cable from the TV and the Roku. Once that's done, swap or interchange the ends of the HDMI cable and plug them back to both TV and Roku. Make sure that both the TV and the Roku are unplugged from the power outlet while you're doing the interchanging of the cable's ends. Turn the TV back on first before you turn on the Roku and check if it worked. If it will still do the same thing, try a different TV or you can also try a different HDMI cable. A "faster" HDMI can sometimes help. An HDMI 3 cable which is faster that the generic HDMI cable can help as well.
If you're still having problems, please take note of the model and brand number of your TV and then you can contact Roku support. Just visit their website at www.support.roku.com.

Yes, I believe the Roku and the computer goes through different Netflix server. I suggest that you contact Netflix to verify this information.
