Hi,
If the machine is still trying to add toner after the toner cartridge has been replaced & the developer is new then I would look at the toner supply motor for that particular colour. Also check for a blockage within the small tube between the toner cartridge & the developer unit. You could try swapping the toner supply motor with one of the other colour motors as they are all identical. If the fault switches to another colour then the motor is at fault.
You can also check the operation of the toner motor in simulation 10.

Check and remedy:

Connect the connector again.
Install the developing unit again.
Replace the developing unit with a normal one.


Thats what the Manual says, your toner is not replenishing , could be your toner motor , or your toner is empty , or your developer sensor

You need to take it to a Sharp technician to check machine , usually a toner issue that toner is unable to replenish in developer unit and so blows the chip on toner cartridge ,

replacing toner cartridge rarely helps
seeing as it is a deeper issue

please remove the waste toner stored in the waste toner content box

Abnormally low toner density
detected Magenta ATDC Sensor

T/C 0.21 % or less is detected ten consecutive times
in the Developing Unit as validated through the toner
replenishing amount determination control.

Check Developer unit, check toner supply ratio in the service mode, under Image Process control and make sure that Toner motor is sping and adding toner into Dev. unit.
Also check and see if you have enough Developer. clean ATDC sensor and run Image Quality adjustment

If is a BW 350 go to service mode ( stop 0 0 stop 01) counter apecial part counter reset drum and dev switc off the very quiqly service mode function run f8. Did you replaced drum and developer?
