800 444 6285 number to the service department. Just how much time you want to spend delving into the service manual (selecting the section you are interested in from the contents page near the beginnning) might help during that call. Particularly if you have looked at Diagnostics and any troubleshooting in the user manual. You could confirm it would reset the fridge if you left it unplugged for a couple of hours.
If you unplugged the unit and left it unplugged for 2 hours, the capacitors should drain of charge. That should reset it. That said, I look at the contents page in the service manual above, look at Diagnostics, and probably end up going to section 7.3. The third link above is to a brief users manual.
Remove your shoes and socks and wet your feet slightly with a damp cloth if you receive the "ERR3" error. ERR3 is a contact error and your feet should ideally be bare and wet to achieve an accurate body-fat reading.
Step off the scale and wait for it reset. Remove your shoes and socks and wet your feet slightly if you receive either the "ERR4" or "ERR5" errors, which means your body-fat or body measurements are out of range.
Reset the scale if it doesn't work or you continue to receive error messages. Remove the battery and set the scale on a flat surface. Stand still on the scale for five seconds and step off. Re-install the battery and place the scale back on the flat surface. Place one foot on the scale until it displays zeros or dashes. Remove your foot and wait for the scale to turn off. Step back on the scale to weigh yourself
Error 3 is an indication that the speed sensor signal has been lost. Check the speed sensor gapping on the machine you were initially having the issue on. If the speed sensor worked on another machine, I would think adjusting it when you reinstall the sensor, should fix your issue. A lot of times, gapping or a build up of lint, dirt or other debris can cause the speed sensor error to occur.
When you say turned on valves manually, do you mean by operating the bleeders on the individual valves? If so, that has nothing to do with the electrical operation of the valves.
The fact that you are getting err3 & err4 leads me to believe that the wiring that electrically operate these valves are shorted.
Move the wires for valves 3 & 4 to terminals 1 & 2 on the timer and see what happens.
If err1 and err2 come up, the problem is in the wiring to the valves #3 & #4.

It is icing up because the defrost heater and defrost thermostat are not working and need to be replaced. Check the continuity of the defrost heater first before replacing it. If defrost heater tests okay, just replace the defrost thermostat.
