turn the breaker to the indoor unit off and then back on....if you have an after market programable t-stat get rid of it they tend to give problems....but they are great when operating properly?
I had this problem. What fixed it for me was clearing all of the lists in the Statistics application and also in the stat app in the f2 pulldown menu select Plotsoff. After that it worked fine
