Do you still have your Franklin HDWC35 wine cooler?

Now that the holidays are over I suppose I could use the 3 yr. limited warranty to get a repair/replacement by sending them to:

Not worth fixing!

all fridge freezers lifespan of unit around 10 years.the closer you get to the end of life the more sense in replacing with new, more efficient one.

Im sorry franklen indust everstar wine systems are very hard to get parts for also the manual Not a very good unit eather according to reviews

Look in your yellow pages for someone who does commercial refrigeration repair. Don't expect them to do the repair under warranty, tell them you're willing to pay for the repair.

I returned our unit to Home Depot with relative ease... I think they were all aware there is a problem with these units.

They refunded the full purchase price (even though I was well past the 12-month warranty period). I put the money toward a GE Profile unit that's a little bigger - more expensive, yes; but it works, priceless!
