1. Turn the calculator on and press the Calendar/Clock button which is to the right of the FEED button. ...
2. Select either the Calendar or Clock mode, then press and hold the "Equals" key for three seconds.
3. When the first number of the Calendar or Clock display starts to flash, enter the date or time.

If one of the colors is not printing, it's time to change the twin spool ribbon.

If you are adding, use the star key "*".

cannon MP11DX instruction manual

Start by pressing down on the clock/calendar button for about 3 seconds. Then press the equal ( = ) sign to input the correct date. Same process for setting the time. then press the ce/c button to clear the data on the screen. When u want to print the date, press the calendar button. this will automatically print it. then press the ce/c button again so u can start calculating.

To change the tax rate on the Canon MP11DX (and most others):

Slide the "GT" button to "RATE", enter your tax rate and hit the "TAX+" button. Once changed, slide the "GT" button back to the "ON" position.
