From what I can find out, this oil pump is only used for the 028 and no other saw, so you probably wont find one that interchangeable. Here is a link also to a place you can purchase one if you need.

Check fuel filter, fuel tank vent and possibly clean carb and replace carb diaphrams

error 09-028 means is Detected the abnormal threading motor current.

028 Error is a coax com error, check your cable, system and printer interface. If all good you might need a new interface card for your printer. I have in stock.. Rory 708-597-4222

HRMC 15 Code Scanning method...
1.Press TV device button on the HMRC 15
2. Press Select and Mute simultaneously until TV device button flashes.
3. TV device Button should now stay lit.
4. Aim Remote at TV
5. Press The CHANNEL button UP ...repeat until your TV turns off.
6. Press Power Button to turn TV back on (Thus confirming you found the right code).
7. Press the TV device button to lock in code.
8. ENJOY !!!
