Sons iphone 5c turned off on him and we cant turn back on. we have plugged in to try and charge and nothing. we have switched the cords and nothing. the apple logo will pop up from time to time but that is it. and when I try to plug into computer the logo wont pop up at all. HELP

Try these:

1. connect the cable to pc with iTunes turned on.

2. Press and hold Home button then connect the cable to the phone.

3. keep holding it and wait until the apple logo appears.
4. Release the home button then follow whatever the iTunes tells you. You can restore and upgrade or so on...

SOURCE: camera shut off during photos and will not turn back on

camera is not not recoginising the battery may there be a battery type mismatch or battery type is not provided correctly in the software of camera

We put a new memory stick in our Sony Cyber-shot, and it worked for a few pictures, and then it totally died. All you get is a black screen. Can anyone help? Thank you

hold power button and home key as soon as u see apple logo let go of power button but keep holding home key this will put iphone in recovery mode then sync n recover

would like to give a suggestion...

have you ever tried using another battery? you should always have a spare battery. most probable cause for this is the battery and we will only know if the cause is the battery when you try another battery.

I have the same proble but it says that the device is unreadable and to get a new device? Anyone have a good link to a new driver? Wonder if that would solve it?

So to make sure I am correct, you shut your phone off and cant get it to turn back on because your home button is stuck?

Try holding on to the lock button for about 30 seconds. If that doesn't work, try plugging it into your computer / laptop.

I think you can only take it to apple at this point. You could also try hard rebooting it - holding down the home AND power button for a long time and see if it eventually lights up. Happened with my iPad once and I took it to the store and they just held down the button for like 30 seconds and it eventually turned on. If that doesn't work definitely take it to the apple store.

i dont own an iphone sadly, but i looked at my wife's and sons and there does not seem to be a way to go to the top of the list faster then just scrolling, though he did say he remembers a text app that is suposed to help log them and let you search by date, srry i cant be any more help than that

After connecting the charger cord and plugging it into the wall socket, is the iPhone to be turned off or turned on?

If you turn it off, it will charge faster. I've done both. This morning my charge was very low. Then I noticed the plug became out of the socket. Try it both ways,see what happens. If you are charging with it on, have you closed all your apps? Double press the on/off button on the bottom front. Any open apps will appear half size. Place your finger on the app, and slide it UP and "OFF" the unit. Turn it off, try charging. Be sure your plugs are all the way in. If you try it turned off, the unit will briefly show your current charge, then turn itself off.

I dropped my iphone 5c in water 24hr ago now when I plug it in all it does is go from the apple logo to the low battery sign. i cant get it to do anything.

you need to take the back off and let it dry out completely. put in rice if you have and pray you haven't tried to turn it back on too soon. If you get it working again, for god's sake, get a case. If not, take it to Apple

the LCD of your phone is not working, check the flex or ribbon of your Iphone's LCD.

Not sure. But dod you check if the charger and the cable are correct? When you insert the charger cable the phone should give a beep, turn on for a few moments and than goes in sleeping mode. If nothing happens, please try another cable and / or an different charger.

My phone won't charge

Try these in this order until the issue is resolved:
1. Restart the iPhone
2. Reset the iPhone (Hold power and Home buttons until iPhone turns off)
3. Settings > General > Reset > Reset all settings
4. Bakup manually to iTunes then Restore iPhone via iTunes and set up as a new phone. (if issue persists then you have a hardware problem and need to get the iPhone 5c replaced by Apple)
