Reinstall Windows is the final resort, but run a repair first from the windows setup or there is an boot CD called Hiren that has an utility program specific for this problem.
You may be able to order replacement parts from the following site. The feet are indicated as being compatible with the Euro-Pro 385. You may wish to confrim with the supplier taht this would include the 385X, before ordering. See here:
Unless you contact the parent company its close to impossible to get that feet. But you can buy a set of four rubber feet at any hardware store and replace them all. The feet come off when one tries to push a heavy sub like Velodyne instead of lifting it off the floor and placing them . The rubber grip is so good on the floor and when we push the top part of the Sub the feet rip off.
I just got replacement leg feet from <www.bhphotovideo.com> for my G2258 tripod. Look up part #D1220.25JP. They also list it as Gitzo "GILF" in their inventory. They are the exact replacement part for your tripod. Hope this helps,
