Konica Minolta bizhub document feeder not working ...

Open totally the cassete look for paper jam inside that might cover the sensor.
Remove cassete and look for black plastic actuator located on top of paper when cassete is inserted, it might be broken.
If all are ok , press as follow to reset the malfunction [off] while pressing [ Utility/Counter] turn [On] wait till the display appear then [trouble reset] it will appear OK on screen turn OFF/ON main power.

BEFORE YOU PUT THE CHECK ON THE GLASS, SELECT THE PAPER DRAWER YOU WANT TO COPY ONTO, THEN PLACE THE CHECK ON THE GLASS, THE COPIER DOES NOT KNOW THAT SIZE

Open and remove the paper tray. Clean the paper sensor inside with a clean cloth. Return the paper tray.

Check behind the tray any paper stuck back there? Try swapping the paper from portrait to landscape or vise versa.

Paper Lift failure of the finisher output tray. Did some one hit the finisher tray or did it hit something underneath? May require resetting the position of the finisher output tray, get qualified tech to do it !!!!.

Hi,
CO202 relates to tray 1 (top tray). It hasn't managed to lift the paper successfully.
Open the tray, remove the paper, reset the machine (open/shut front door) then reload the paper and try again

The A3 paper will not pass through the copier when the cassete is full. Copier states "Add Paper". When you push the A3 tray in you can hear a winding sound and then when you startt to copy it asks you to add paper.

Just a normal substance 20 paper will do for normal printing.
