1-Re-Install the imaging unit.
2-Restart the machine.

If the blurring is slight, it could need a deep cleaning of the glass on both sides and/or mirror assembly. A tech would probably need to do this as it requires tools. If it's severe, it could be the mirrors or the image sensor itself. Again, I'd have a tech assess the issue.

On a Di250 this C1300 code means that your laser scanner motor has frozen up. This unit is a small circuit board with a motor that spins a 6 sided mirror. The laser bounces off of the mirror and writes the image onto the imaging unit. You are going to have to have a service person come out and replace the motor. The cost will depend on your location but I would estimate it to be around $400.00 for parts and labor.

C1300 indicates a laser mirror motor failure. Given the age of the machine this is going to be expensive to repair as parts are becoming harder to find. The part that has failed is your machine is a spinning mirror that the laser bouces off of and is responsible for "writing" the image onto the drum. The motors freeze up over time and when the motor does not rotate at all or at the proper speed the C1300 code is generated. I would estimate you are looking at something in the area of $400 to $500 to repair the machine. It may be time to look at a replacement machine.
