Most sunglass brands prefer that the consumer deal directly with the manufacturer for warranties however if you can't find the company website that is usually an indication that they only sell direct to retailers. In that case you will need to go back to the retailer.

Well this all depends on the parts. Usally with sunglasses it is hard to find the part on your own. Many parts are irreplacable or its not even worth replacing. Especially if your dog chewed on them then you should just get new glasses.

There are a couple of things that can be done to fix this problem. One of the easiest solutions is to have the nose pads replaced with larger and/or softer nose pads. Alternatively, a saddle shaped nose pad can be helpful in distributing the weight across your nose. Most local optometrists should have nose pads available that they can change out for you.
Furthermore, if the nose pads are set at a bad angle they can dig into your nose also. Adding some curl to the end of the arms can bring the glasses closer to the face if they are sitting too low. If you are careful you can attempt some of these adjustments yourself.
