Filter option on Bosch b22cs50 disappeared from display panel

There are a few reasons for this. One is the most obvious and that is the child lock switch needs to be engaged to unlock.Some models call it panel lock.
Turning the panel lock on and off:
To turn the panel lock on, press and hold the Panel Lock key for four seconds. The Panel Lock symbol will appear in the display.
To turn the panel lock off, press and hold the Panel Lock key for four seconds. The message in the display will disappear.

Hold down the "super/quick ice" and "options" buttons together for 5 seconds.
Depending on the previous setting, the display switches to the other temperature unit.

Water Filter Status Light and Filter Reset
The filter reset control allows you to restart the water filter status
tracking feature each time you replace the water filter. See "Water

After changing the water filter, reset the status light. Press the
OPTIONS button to enter Options mode, then press LOCK to
initiate the reset, then press MEASURED FILL to confirm that
you want to reset the status light. When the system is reset,
the "Order" and "Replace" icons will disappear from the
display screen.

As for the dispenser and ice dispenser problem this could be related to a loose connection in the door where wiring attaches to control panel and/or where door wires go from door to cabinet also a defective pressure switch where glass is pressed to get water or ice. Yes the filter needs to be changed after the change filter light is indicated.After changing the filter the unit has to be reseted.The reset procedure is as follows:--- press and hold the Water Filter Reset button for 5 seconds. Newer models: press the Options button until "filter change" is selected, press selection buttons +/- until the "filter change" display goes out.-------------------- Thank you.

Which version of Windows are you running? Slightly different between versions, but basically *somewhere* in Control Panel there will be something shown along the lines of Display Options, and somewhere in there will be an option to change Font DPI. (I think XP has a selection of either 80DPI or 120DPI, default is at 80 - Text is much larger and easier to read at 120)
In Windows 7 (and probably Vista) the path is- Start - Control Panel - Appearance and Personalization - Display - "Make text and other items larger or smaller"

Select power management from control panel. there u will be able to turn it on.

It means it is time to change the water filter. You can hold the button down for a while and it will reset whether you change the filter or not.
