unfortunately you have to order this special tool and it doesn't go by size but rather by name. It's a 2-stroke carb adjustment tool. find a small a small engine shop in your area and have them order one for you or you could do a google search for small engine repair speciality tools.

3/8 allen key or T45 or T50 torx bit. The allen key is the correct tool but the torx bit will work in a pinch.

usually it is a number 1 or 2 phillips or they used a #10 Torx drive bit for the screws. if it is star in shape it is the torx.

Hi, the bit is called a Torx Bit or a star bit. Don't get the type for a screwdriver, get the socket that would go on a ratchet, you'll need to put an extension on it of course to get in there. Push hard or it will strip. Give Honda a call and ask them what size it is for your car for sure, might be a 6mm or you can just buy a metric Torx Bit Set. Separately they are $3.99 at Autozone. Not sure how much the kit is. Good luck.

this is a problem that happens alot you have to use an impact driver for this and a impact torx bit. the driver is a cylinder shaped tool with a 3/8 drive head. you get the impact torx the the impact driver and a hammer. the tool is inexpensive and will do the trick.
