220 volts at 7.39 amps = 1738 watts
120 volts at 7.9amps = 948 watts so any unit capable of 1000 watts at the 110 volts will do the trick

How many kilowatts per hour does the Krystal Clear Model 635T filter pump use?

The simple answer is not many. I don't think your pump is that hungry to use kilowattS per hour... lets see "Kilo" is one thousand. At this site you will find the several formula for getting to your answer. Ohm's Law applies ... http://www.powerstream.com/Amps-Watts.htm

I am presuming your pump is 115 Volts and it probably plugs into a 15 amp circuit. IF IT USES 15 amps (I doubt it uses the entire value) Volts X Amps = Watts or 1725 watts or about 1.7 kilowatt. I couldn't find the amp rating for your particular model pump. I think it probably operates near 6 to 8 amps @ 115 Volts AC. If your pump runs at 6 amps that is 690 watts, 8 is 920 and 10 would be 1150. There are other factors that determine the actual amount of power consumed - load will increase the use - partially clogged filter would be an example of increased load, age of the pump could be another factor.

Here is a rule of thumb: If a device can run on two different voltages, the higher the voltage, the lower the amps. For example 115 volt @ 12 amps would use 1380 watts. The same device running at 230 volts would run at 6 amps and use 1380. This is the correct math answer. However, in actual use, the device would run slightly more efficient (use fewer watts). Electricians and science teachers and math teachers will all tell you different stories depending on their discipline. Heavy use devices do run more efficiently at the higher voltage (stove, dryer, furnace, hot water heater, well water pumps, swimming pool pumps)(Do not go looking for a 220 Volt pump for your above ground pool in an effort to save money. The higher voltage device will cost more and there are other practical and safety related issues in this kind of installation.)

If you lived in my area, (please don't say where you live) you would pay about 12 cents (US dollars) per kilowatt hour. If your pump runs at 10 amps 115 volts - that would be just over 12 cents per hour to run the pump.

How many lights or ceiling fans can I hook up to one 15a single pole circuit breaker.

First of all, are there any other appliances or lights on this circuit? If so, they must be included in the total wattage for the circuit. The fan units are either listed with the Amp rating or wattage rating (Volt Amp) VA. The total amperage allowed on a 15 A circuit is 12A.(80% of the total per NEC). The total wattage would be 1380 watts. ( 115 Volt single phase X 15A = 1725 watts, 1725 x 80% = 1380 watts)

I have a black and decker 1.7 cu.ft refrigerator its a 115 volts and 15 amp outlet and i am trying to put it in a semi truck. I am looking at a road pro 2500 watt. Do you think this will power it? And cool...

What wattage is the fridge Youy cant compare volts and amps withy watts.
If the fridge draws 2000 watts it wiull do the job but struggle as 2500 is the peak wattage and averages out at about 2000-2200 look at the back of the fridge. Just hope its about 15-1800 for effiecient cooling without strain on power source

If you plan on using it in the Philippines the electrical power supply is 220V line to ground. You can use an Auto Voltage Regulator (AVR) which has an internal winding with a servo that moves a carbon brush across the winding. I would recommend that you use at least a 1500 Watt AVR as the longer you use it the hotter it will get. Hopefully you can find an AVR with 3 pronged outlets. I currently use 3 ea. SIEG models SVC-888-1000 VA (600 Watts) for most electronics and 1 SVC-888-1500VA on a small 11 Cu Ft. freezer. The Freezer is 626W but uses almost 700W during the defrost cycle. The AVR failed after 3 years due to overheating. (STINK!) I also have a 4th SEIG model SVC-888-3000VA on my 21 Cu Ft 115V Refrigerator. There are other AVR manufacturers here and the cost vary greatly by manufacturer. (P3300 - P6500 depending on model) I have has all of my AVRs in countinous service for almost 6 years.
