As wrong as this may sound:
pain is your
friend:
The FIRST
obvious sign something's
wrong.
Hello Carol Michell,
Taking recommendations from
non-medical
personnel (especially ON-LINE) can be
risky
business... That being said the RISK is all
yours.
My advice given hereafter is going to presume you
routinely visit your
medical doctor and have already
disclosed
ALL medical conditions that could manifest
as lower torso pains ...
(because they are
many & dangerous)
Ideally ...
we all get up and act like
SMART CATS:
Give ourselves a really
good stretch...
(work on full motion exercises: ease any injured
muscles back into
full motion.
Try massage, heat and anti-inflammatory meds
Dehydration: Body balance of fluids & electrolytes
is critical to good muscular comfort...
So when you return to discuss your
groin-pain
further ...
Is the pain constant.. was or is there anything in
particular that precipitates it...
Act normal &
normal will follow: Stay mobile
to be mobile.
We will all be VERY immobile soon enough...!!
Now make that appointment with the DOCTOR!
