The drum part number is 4068612. You need to replace developer at the same time, 8938451. You also need to go into service mode and reset the counters and run an f8 after parts are replaced.

Ask you companey that surives you printer to look at it

Reset it, start it with the right door open, go to service mode, clear the counters for drum and developer and go to functions menu. Close the right door and start immediately the F8 function. It should work.

Check and make sure there are no jams by the fuser ie: bits of paper in the paper path.

The best way to reset the counter is to replace the fuse on the underside of the printer drum. That is not hard to do, but you have to be careful not to break the plastic tabs holding the original fuse in place.
