Installed newer fuser unit from bizhub c350 into bizhub c351 butmachine still says to replace fuser unit. Newer unit is quite new maybe 5000 copies on it.
If you want to clear the fuser message you have to be sure you replaced the fuser web. Then go to 25 => counter clear(items 13)=> Clear fuser counter or 36=>counter clear(items 8)=>Clear fuser counter.

The fusers have an inline fuse soldered on the plug which resets an internal counter. if you pulled a fuser from another machine will still show up spent when putting it into another machine. you can buy these fuses and solder them on yourself. most on the fusers will last 2 to 3 cycles by doing this.
