Replaced freezer gaskets now not sealing well

Jay, Check to see if hinge can be adjusted so door closes tighter, may be a faulty door seal, or maybe it needs manipulated to soften, shape, stretch it to seal better. You can try the dollar bill trick between the seal and fridge to locate the problem/leaking spots. The bill should not pull out with out there being a little force, no force means seal is not proper in that area. Check the attached links, instruction and guides, Good luck

Crosley side by side freezer and fridge have ice in bottom

Hello - A dirty, cracked, worn or poorly fitted door gasket can allow warm air to enter the unit causing it to have to run longer to remove the warm air. Leaks in the door seal will cause freezer to run longer in order to maintain desired temperature. Cleaned the gasket, if it is too damage then it will need to be replace. You can check and see if the door seal is bad by, placing a dollar between the gasket and cabinet. Check to see if the door is being blocked by anything stopping it from closing properly. If nothing is stopping the door then replace gasket. Another possibility is an air leak and the cool air is causing the frost buildup. I suggest contacting a professional to move forward accurately and have them check the coolant system.

Pressure of the door is gone

The lower hinge on each door may have a door closing cam. It raises the door up Ā¼ inch when opening and this assist in closing the door. If it's wore out and doesn't work the door may not seal and the gasket can be damaged. Watch the operation of the door to see if it rises up when opened.

Leave the door shut and let the magnetic gasket hold the door in place. Put something between the bottom of the door and the floor to hold it in case it slips.
Remove the bracket holding the pin and hinge assembly taking note of order of removal of parts. Slide new cams on. You probably need two.

Freezer door opens when we close the refrigerator door.

That usually indicates one of two things. (A) You door gasket has gone bad and needs to be replaced, or (B) the temperature in the freezer is not low enough to cause a good seal. You can check the temperature with a thermometer. It should be atleast below 10 F but preferably around zero F.

My whirlpool refrigerator is getting water buildup on shelves which is freezing. Why?

By not being there to check a few things it's a guess. It sounds like your dooe seal is not sealing, letting are in causing condesation. The air from the freezer is trying to cool it down causing the water to freeze. Take a dollar bill, holding it by one end. Open the fridge door and hold half the dollar bill inside so that the door will close on it. Now pull the bill out. If it comes out easy, the door is not sealing. Try this all around both doors. The seal should try to hold the bill tight. If you find that it pulls out easy from anywhere around the two door. Wet a hand towel with HOT water. Hold it over the place that doesnt hold the bill. You want to heat the gasket to make it soft. After you have warmed it with the hot towel, pull on the gasket only hard enough so that it expands. Now close the door and try the bill again. After you have gone all around both door doing this. Take Vasiline and rub a thin coat on all the gaskets. This should fix the problem. If you find that the gasket is torn. (They are bad about tearing around the bottom) Replace the gasket.

Water in Floorboard tailgate area

Gasket on the door has gone bad and needs to be replaced. It seems like the door gasket is not sealing properly and allowing water into your vehicle or you have a leak in the bottom of the vehicle that needs repairing. But that is more then likely not the problem
