One of the two controllers (Both Models are # BST-CONT-06-DD-MP) beeps for 2 - 3 minutes after the unit has been turned off for several hours. The beep is not loud, but it is loud enough to awaken the user. Pressing the buttons on the controller has no effect, but the beeping stops after a short while. The product is several years old, but the problem only began a month or so ago. It happens every night.
Call the company that made it and ask for customer service they should have someone there that will be able to find out what is going on. hope it helps
