I just open my 2830. I guess we have the same problem. The plastic cog wheel is gone. You need to remove the big button first. There are two screws below.
(1)V-Belt,Lenght 1400MM,1.38MM And Thickness 13MM. Manufacturer: Dito-Sama. Part Number=Dito Sama3025 R. Qty=4 Pcs.
