Check the top of the inside of the fridge. There is usually a flap door mechanism that sometimes falls off or sticks. This regulates the temp in the fridge.

Your model is electronic, have you tried to turn the plug off and then switch back on after 10mins..are the lights scrolling?

seeing that 32 is freezing point of water,its not suprising that food is freezing.it should be 38f or +3c.when was the last time you did a FULL defrost(NO HAIRDRYERS PLEASE).ALSO CHECK DOOR SEALS ARE TIGHT ALL ROUND.

if you have the settings correct then the cold control(ref setting) is bad. but some older models use a baffling system which confuse some people. the freezer settind turned to the lowest setting make you fridge colder. when you put the freezer on the highest setting it allows less airflow. which in turn keeps ref warmer.

Could be a defrost problem, or faulty door seals, or a freon / sealed system problem.

Sounds as if the thermostat setting is too high.
Not a good idea to pour warm water into the fridge while its going, but then again.Most drain tubes exit over the compressor into a container sitting atop it. But I've since learned there are now fridges that don't have compressors now? You should also check the door seals, you can do this with a sheet/piece of newspaper
inserted between the door and fridge, go around both doors, you'll soon know if the seals need replacing.

I've had the same issue with an Amana BX21TL. In my case, the problem was that the various air flow adjustments were all directing the cold air to the bottom of the fridge, underneath the vegetable crispers.

What I've done to fix this was:
1- Made sure there was a tight seal between the vent opening at the back of the fridge (at about mid-height) and the rubber/plastic duct that directs air to the meat/cheese drawer.
2- Made sure that the adjustable opening at the back of the meat/cheese drawer was fully open.
3- Made sure that the adjustable opening at the back of both vegetable crispers were fully open.

if you only have one thermostat put it in the middle if you have two put both in the middle,but it sounds like your thermostat is bad that's why it is freezeing the food in the frig.it's not shutting off,let me know-mike
