code p 700 refers to transmission control system ?MIL--malfunction====causes ---wiring ---TCM
check all harness connextions are clean and tight , then consider repalcing the TCM

Before you start putting a lot of money out exchanging parts, try checking compression, check to see if you are low on antifreeze, and with the car running check for a sweet smell from exhaust. My guess would be a blown head gasket, which would be less costly then all the other parts you want to buy. Good Luck Friend.

DId you open close the front door. if that does not work then take the toner bottle out. turn of the machine then turn it back on with no toner bottle in the machine. let the machine do its thing the machine will then ask to replace the toner at that time install the toner if that does not wok you have a problem with the toner motor and associated circuitry.

I discovered the ELM327 presents code C0700 and should be presenting C0070. the problem relates to ABS system on right front wheel.

P0700 DODGE - Transaxle Control System Malfunction

Symptoms - Engine Light ON (or Service Engine Soon Warning Light)
- Driveability problems
- Transaxle shifting problems

Possible causes - Shorted or open circuit within transmission control module (TCM)
- Failure of transaxle control module

Tech notes Since the P0700 is just and informative code, check the TCM for more codes to resolve the problem.

P0700 DODGE Description The transaxle Control Module (TCM) monitors the malfunction of sensors and actuators relating to transaxle control. When the TCM detects a malfunction with the control, a signal is send to the Engine Control Module (ECM) to trigger the Engine Light or Service Engine Soon light. The ECM stores the P0700 code and it means the TCM detected a malfunction with the transaxle controls.
CLEAR THE CODES AND SEE IF IT RESETS. MOST LIKELY NOT A PROBLEM
