I reset my canon ip2770, but the error code is 009

So what does the error code allude to? Lens? software? Connections? Unless you know what the code stands for how you or anyone be expected to fix it?

How do u reset the WD 500 hard drive

Hello bruce_cam0,
If you would like to erase all the data on the drive do the following:

Open My Computer
Right-click on your Western Digital hard drive
Select the "Format" option
Use the "NTFS" file system and uncheck "Quick Format"
Leave everything else
Click "Start"

This will erase all of the data and reset the drive.

Canon error p08 Problem

Follow the instructions step by step

1. Turn off printer, cable power still plug in,
2. Press Stop/Reset button don't release
3. Press Power Button don't release and than release Stop/Reset button
4. Press Stop/Reset button 2X , wait until service mode to " 0 "
5. Turn off printer, cable power still plug in
6. Press Stop/Reset button don't release
7. Press Power Button don't release and than release Stop/Reset button
8. Press Stop/Reset button 4X , wait until service mode to " 1 "
9. Turn off printer, and loose cable power, wait one minute.
10. Connect cable power, turn on printer again, now this printer ready to use.

Thanks for using FixYa. From what you have described it seems that the printer requires resetting the Waste Ink Volume Counter. Kindly follow these step by step instructions to do it:

1) Enter SERVICE MODE By pressing Menu-Scan-Copy-Scan
2) Enter NVRAM by pressing <--- or ---> then OK
3) Enter CMY ink level by pressing <--- or ---> then OK
4) Select 1 by pressing <--- or ---> then OK
5) Enter K ink level by pressing ---> then OK
6) select 1 by pressing <--- or ---> then OK
7) Press reset ( design: // )

Please do accept the solution if the issue is resolved or else revert for further assistance.

Go to this link. Type "replace ink" in the search box in the center of the screen and click "Search". You will get step-by-step illustrated instructions.

If you are having XP/OSX operating system then.

1.) Connect the broader end of the supplied USB Cable to PC and the smaller end into the usb port of camera.
2.) Switch the camera to photo viewing mode.

3) Power on the camera.
4)The PC will recognize your camera and it will popup mesage.
5) Go to MyComputer and double click it.
7) Double click the A95 canon icon which is displayed.
8) The photo files will appear . Copy them and paste in the required folder of your choice.

Press aditional function ,then 17+39 ( 1and 7 same time , 3 and 9 same time) again additional function .and select 95 th option in display (e355 and all ram clear ) press 2 and enter ..within few minitus mechine restart if restartting time just swich of mechine manually and on

Hi. I actually had to reset the waste ink volume counter on my F60 and found a solution posted by NerdRUs that helped me. So I copied and pasted it below:
