How to replace imaging unit KonicaMinolta 1690MF

1. Make sure that the imaging cartridge is installed properly.

2. Make sure a new imaging cartridge is replaced. A used imaging cartridge will not reset the printer in most cases.

3. Reset the printer by doing the following: (This one will reset the counters)

• From the main menu, select UTILITY
• Then select MACHINE SETTING
• Then select AUTO PANEL RESET
• Then select 30 secs.
• Turn OFF the printer after a minute.
• Turn ON the printer after 15 minutes.
