1. Make sure that the imaging cartridge is installed properly.
2. Make sure a new imaging cartridge is replaced. A used imaging cartridge will not reset the printer in most cases.
3. Reset the printer by doing the following: (This one will reset the counters)

CAUSE: The transfer belt is not rotating correctly inside of the Image Unit.
SOLUTION: Check the PRCB connector for proper connection and correct as necessary. Also, check Belt Positioning Sensor (PS6). Replace Image Unit (p/n A0VU011). The PRCB may also need to be replaced. (p/n A034 H001 06 for magicolor 1650EN or p/n A034 H009 07 for magicolor 1680MF/1690MF)
