Press the upper right button and the lower left button simultaneously. The time in the digital display will set the analog hands.

Best answer is to find c320 instructions (online) and follow them!
Here's the outline :
1) push the bottom right (BR) button until the little mode arrow points down to CHRISTIANS (= stopwatch).
2) pull out that same BR button. The digital display should flash and the hands should start grinding around.
3) With luck, 5 hands will be pointing straight up, or very close. One hand at a time, use 2 buttons (BL & TR) to move the hands until they DO point straight up, and push the remaining button (LL) to change which hand is being aligned. The display says which hand you're adjusting: FH = Function Hands (2 little ones), HR = Hour Hand (& Minutes, they're geared together), SH = Second Hand. If you go too far, you can go back, and you can keep aligning until you get it right.
4) When they're all aligned, push the LR button back in, and the hands will grind away until they show the time the watch is set at.
Done.
If one of the hands jumps around when you shake the watch, and/or stops early during the "grinding", it must be pressed back onto the central stem. I've done that successfully, and I'm not a serious expert.
If there are any other problems, you may need a real expert - or a new watch/movement.

"CHRISTIANS" should read "CHR", short for CHRONOGRAPH. Autocorrect!

LR should read BR, Bottom Right.

The hands on my Citizen watch (movement caliber number C320) don't reset properly. I have followed the factory instruction several times with the same result: the minute hand moves to a position 5 - 10...

This is normal. The watch begins timing when you reset it. That 5 to 10 minutes is the time that it took you to do the all reset procedure and you can see that the same time is shown in the digital display - so everything is aligned. It is actually pretty cool that it does that. Source: just did the all reset having dropped my watch. Love this watch!

I have a Citizen Aqualand Promaster 200M circa 1991 and the analog has stopped working. It was sent back to Citizen repair facility in CA last year and they said it cannot be repaired because movement is...

First of all they should be giving you explanation why the watch needs whole movement replacement and what is the cause.
As the watch movements are upgraded and made more sophisticated every year, some of them are discontinued and the next generation movements are replacing them. Watch manufacturing companies usually try to produce interchangeable movements, so, the newer one can replace the older.
In your case (if there is no newer version replacement) you have no option, but to shop around for exact new movement for replacement.
All you have to do is to find out your watch's movement number (that Citizen facility in CA should give that) and then shop for it. Plenty of movemevts on ebay, not to mention specialized watch part supplier companies. All available over the internet - just takes some time and nerve.
