You just turn it off at the main switch (or unplug from the outlet), wait 10 seconds and turn it on to reset the temporary user initiated lock out.

How about this, if you look what paper tray are avaible from the display pannel, is there a matching size paper tray or is the tray you are trying to use another size then lets say LTR. Is it a different size, if so you may have paper jamed behind the paper tray causing a different paper size, if so remove the jamed paper..... Also, the other suggestion are good as well.

if not do the folowning
power machine off from main switch sould be on the side or open the front door it;s on bottom left side.hold down the utility botton while powering on keep holdin untel prompted with message ...TROUBLE RESET press it should say ok than powr machine off wait 20sec power back on

This needs to be setup through the computer using the printer properties, not through the printer. You will need to be the local admin to make the changes. You may also have to go under advance and manual specify the tray and component types. The printer will not allow you to set options for trays and components that are not enabled or detected. Fuser Code (Hot Unit has over heated) To reset you will need to go to 25 Mode to enter his mode you must turn off the machine then holding down the 2 and 5 button turn on the machine, hold them 25 down for at least 30 second once in 25 mode select SW (soft Switch) select "3" then "2" it should be a "1" change to a "0" then exit and turn off the machine and turn "ON".

you may have to under configure in your print driver go to acquire settings and that should update the driver so you can use all 4 trays
