Please install the image unit correctly and close all doors

Are you using a 3rd party image unit???, if so get OEM there are chips on them that copier monitors. The image units are the units below the toner cart. which one is having the problem Y M C or Black, did you re chip them, bad idea. Replace them with OEM cartridge.

Release new transfer belt unit
• A new installation is not detected when a new transfer cleaner unit (image transfer belt unit) is installed. Remedy 1 Reinstall unit. 2 Check there is a short circuit in the fuse of the transfer belt unit. 3 Check the PRCB connector for proper connection and correct as necessary. 4 Change PRCB

remove all consumables, turn off and leave off for 10 secs, turn on allow the machine to turn over at which point it will ask you to install the consumables, - install 1 at a time then close the doors , allow the machine tostep further and ask you again to install the next unit- this process will change when you get the faulty unit and try to insert, the machine will complain about all the consumables again- now you knowwhich part is faulty- replace -job done

Main Motor failure to turn. Remove all the image units then shake each one side to side. What you want to do is spread the developer (Located inside the unit) along the entire length of the image units. BET a all the image unit was stored up & down, instead of flat, person just picked it up and installed it. All the developer was sitting at one end so the motor could not turn correctly. NEVER EVER STORE I/U UP/DOWN always flat!!! Open & close the front door to reset the code. If code comes back then you might have already burned out the motor, or worse case the Control board went bad. But first replace the image unit with a new one cheaper. Cheaper, then having a Technician come out to check the motor and control board.

are these third party?????? if so get OEM cartridge the chip may be bad, mite try cleaning chip contacts with ispololy alcchol

open front door then push the IU correctly then close the door and close the side door from your right side...

possible a bad image unit. you can try swapping the connector on the bottom of unit to see if it works.

tis error means abnormal tonder density in the balck image unit take the blacke image unit out and shake it while holding it level and put it back in the machine to reset the error code leave the machine on and open then close the front door

C0F37: Abnormally high toner density detected by Black ATDC Sensor
Toner density that is 4 % or more higher than the target level is detected ten consecutive times during a print cycle, ATVC, or image stabilization sequence.
