I would first check to see if there is a flame present. If there is, and there is no cooling at all, make sure you are perfectly level. If you are level, check for yellow powder or residue back around the cooling unit or any smell of ammonia. Norcold Guy has an article on this that says it's probably a cooling unit that needs replacement: Bad Norcold Cooling Unit cooling unit replacement

You will first want to ensure the RV is level.
If the RV is level, then open the rear access vent door on the side of the RV to access the rear of the refrigerator. Feel the coils just above the tank on the cooling system. These coils should be warm to the touch. If they are warm and the refrigerator is not cooling then you will require a replacement cooling unit. Also, the most common area for the Dometic 2652 to leak is just above the propane burner area. If it has leaked, you should see a yellow residue in that area. The cooling unit can be changed in approximately 2-3 hours with no specialized tools needed (Arcticold offers 7 day a week free tech support). The old cooling unit will simply unbolt and the new one bolts in. I would check all the connections at the breaker panel, and in the disconnect and in the control panel of the unit, the connections must be tight. If the breaker is sized to small a dirty coil could be to blame if so give it the hose, a full solid stream and be thorough is cleaning it.
I need more info. I can't seem to find your indoor unit. Is this a 2 stage cooling unit or just 2 speed fan? Please send the model number of your indoor unit.
The Mitsubishi units have to be reset by turning off the indoor units by switching the remote or thermostat to off. Then turn off the breaker to the outside unit(s). After 30 seconds, turn on the breaker and then you can turn on the remote for cool. If no lights come on on the inside units, most likely you have blown a fuse soldered on the main PC board. At this point, call your technician. A goos tech will be able to wire in an in-line fuse holder so if it should happen again, you can easily replace the fuse.
If you do see a light or two come on at the indoor unit but the outdoor unit does not start after 3 or 4 minutes, sounds like you will need to call a technician. Most likely you have a blown fuse on the main PC board of the outside unit. It is not an easy one to replace.
Good Luck!
