Ipodless is right about the downgrading part the only way to downgrade is to hack and that runs the risk of bricking your psp

If you downloaded the new version, you should just run the update under the the memory stick in the games section. there is no need to downgrade ever.

How to update firmware version

You haven't specified the router, so this is general advice.

Individual routers may vary in the way they check and update their firmware, so the best starting point is reading the manual.

First, see which firmware version is installed on your router. Then check the support section of your product's website for firmware updates. Some routers are able to perform a check for updates via their web interface.

If you download an update, make sure to use a LAN cable between PC and router to perform the upgrade. Don't use wi-fi! Backup your settings if you're cautious, but as a rule custom settings shouldn't change after the upgrade.

Here's a step-by-step guide.

Upgrade BD30 wi-fi

To upgrade the firmware you will need to download the newest firmware from this site: http://panasonic.jp/support/global/cs/bd/download/bd30/index.html and burn it onto a cd. If you can't or don't want to burn the cd it looks like they will can send a copy of it to you.

Hello, I am downloading a document from the internet and the download time is ridiculously long. How can I enable a quicker download time?

Call your service provider and have them upgrade your wi/fi service for more bandwidth.
Look at your wireless modem/router to see if your on the G or N speed. A/B/G will be slower.
Change the location of your laptop so it's closer to the wireless signal or alternatively go to the coffee shop or hotel and use their free wi/fi as their speeds are faster.

PSP-2000 Update problem

Firmware 3.60 is rather old, I would suggest upgrading to 4.01 or something in between before jumping to 5.02, this may clear the problem.

The network update feature of the PSP usually works better than when downloading via PC because there is less room for error. After you upgrade to a 4.xx firmware, try using the network update again.

Pls help!!!

Make sure you have the latest version of Windows Media Player. XP has all the right drivers but the iRiver needs to synchronise with Media Player inorder to transfer music onto the player using the sync function. Get Media Player 10 or higher then plug the iRiver into the computer.

XP should display it as a drive in "My Computer". It may require a firmware upgrade. This can be downloaded from T20 Firmware Upgrade V1.71

No Guarantees....Hope this helps.
