In google images look for an item named "blown capacitor"
you'll see there cylinders standing on end with + marks on top that are bulging out sometimes with ooze on top,,now open your tv (unplugged) and look for the power board and look for signs you have these blown capacitors,,then just replace them , 1 each at maplins,,youtube fixing tv,s and blown caps,, youll soon see its easy to do
