Some of the buttons on my TI 30 xii s do not work. The first column from the [2nd] button to [on] all don't work except for the [LN] button. All the other button seem to work fine and the only way to turn my calculator on is to use the restart button on the back. Anyone know how to fix the buttons?

Use the square root function. It's the second function of the square key, just to the left of the 7 key.

Where is the e button?

This calculator has no e button, per se. To get the value of e, use the push "1", then "2nd" button, then the "LN" button (which is e raised to the power of x). With an x of 1, e to the first power is e.

Where is my "e" button

If you mean the base of the natural logarithms, there isn't a key to give its value directly. It can be calculated by raising e to the first power by pressing 2nd [e^x] 1 = . [e^x] is on the third key in the leftmost column.

If you mean the exponent of ten, [EE] is the fifth key in the second column.
