Power ON DVD, horizontal lines running on the TV screen. How do I get the horizontal lines to stop running and for me to view the screen to possible reset the DVD player.

Check video plugin to see if connect good on both tv and dvd player. You might try unplugging and re plug. If that doesn't help you might try another plug wire not sure if you have rca or HDMI plugs.

My Memorex MVD2042 DVD player isn't getting any power

If you are plugging your DVD Power Plug into the TWC Box. Unplug it and plug it into a 'known' hot socket, (wall..con strip.etc.). Ensure the AC plug is inserted fully into the DVD player. The TWC AC connection may be disabled.

Plug into Tv?

In your accessories kit that came with your DVD, you should find a cable with a red ,yellow and white RCA ends. at the other end is a 1/8 inch Tip /ring/sleeve plug. Insert the plug into the output of the DVD. Insert the yellow wire to the same color coded INPUT of your television, insert the red and white wires to the Audio input on you TV. Your DVD should be sending the signal directly to your TV. hope this helps . if it does , vote.

How do you connect a pioneer d2 navigation system to a 2006 ford expedition entertainment system

You need to identify the four wires that carry the DVD audio in the factory plug, and re-wire them to RCA plugs that can be used with the Auxiliary input RCA jacks on your Pioneer unit. The four wires should be: Left (+) light green Left (-) white Right (+) red Right (-) black The easiest way is to purchase some inexpensive RCA cables (or better yet, speaker wire with RCA ends). Cut the cables and wire the center pin conductor wires to the (+) audio wires in the stock plugs, and connect the outer shield conductors to the (-) wires. Then connect the RCA plugs to your head unit's auxiliary input jacks.
