Every time I run a load, the washer stops (1st time at 40 minutes) and the start button has to be pressed again to get it to re-start. This has to be done multiple times just to get one load washed. The basket is spotless and the door gasket is unclogged and clean. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello Mary Fortner - It means that the washer has been paused; the cycle has been interrupted. Either the "Pause/Cancel" button or "Start/Pause" button has been pressed. To resume wash - press "Pause/Cancel" or "Start/Pause" once. If this does not prove to be successful please turn the breaker to the unit off for 5 minutes. Then turn the breaker back on to the unit, and retry the cycle setting again.

Press the start button (1st button on the left) to standby and the color is dimmed when standby. Then press the function button until the time will start blinking. Then, press the hour and the minute buttons to the desired time. Press the function button again until the blinking stops. Press the start button again to the desired format (radio, ipod..) and you will notice that the time had already been changed. Hope this helps rather than paying $5 for such a request.

It sounds like you need to re programme the
machine.
With the machine plugged into the wall and
turned on and the headset turned off this is what
you do.
Push and hold down the start button, while doing that you need to then push and hold down the power button.
Hold them down for about 5 seconds, during
which time you may a series of up to 3 beeps.
Then release the buttons.
Turn the machine off and then on again followed by the start button. Allow the machine to then run the complete cycle.
This should correct your problem, if this doesn't then you may need to then look at replacing the computer panels.

Unplug for 2 minutes then plug back in and open and close lid 7 times slowly. This should solve you problem, this resets the electronic motor.

You will have to reset the console. To do this, close the door and press these buttons in sequence...

-high temp wash
-heated dry
-high temp wash
-heated dry

...all the lights will turn on briefly and the machine will start a diagnostic cycle. You can press cancel or let the diagnostic cyle finish (1-2 minutes).
You should now be able to run the dishwasher as normal.

Sounds like we need to try to reset the system!

Lets try this,
Like with an error code.
This can reset the system if it is electronic!
Unplug the washer and wait a 5 minutes then restart it.
If you can't reach the plug, use the breaker to cut the power for 5 minutes.

It's like rebooting your computer when its acting strange!
Usually it corrects some error problems if they are not serious.
Or they are sometimes just a glitch.

i had to hold the options and select buttons down at the same time about 3 seconds and bingo it works again

Press "stop" & "cancel" together for over 10 seconds to clear the display; and continue your..........
