SOURCE: my TI-nspire isn't graphing correctly.

Hi,

According to your problem, first check the battery status or replace the battery. It may occur for battery. You need a software and firmware update for this calculator. Reinstallation of software and an update of firmware will solve your problem.

SOURCE: Why does the TI-nspire not give complete graphs of cube root and other franctional power functions?

I do not see why it would do that. Maybe you restricted the domain to positive values of the independent variable.
Anyway, my CX CAS has the latest OS version and it draws cube root for positive and negative values of x.
By the way the cube root is made up of one branch only, not 2 like the square root.
Here is a screen capture.

When graphing in documents my TI nspire cas cx is stuck in relation mode instead of function. How do I reset this?

How about starting a new document, or adding a new page, or just turning the machine off without saving?

Hi! I have a TI-nspire CX CAS and I was wondering how to enable the results to be shown in thousands separators (1,000 or 1'000). Thanks for your help!

At first press on key, then Settings and finally Document Settings. From this menu on the position Base choose Decimal. See captured image below

My TI-nspire cx cas calculator says operating system not found. Install OS now. Can someone fix this problem?

Have the TiNspire Computer Link installed on your computer.
Download the OS from from education.ti.com
Connect your calculator to the computer with TINspire Computer Link. Run the software. It opens an explore type window. Under the TOOLS tab find Install OS. If it does not connect to the Internet, point the software to where you stored the downloaded OS.

My TI NSPIRE CX CAS is stuck at the loading screen - it keeps loading and then going back and repeating (only when plugged in). I have tried resetting it whilst holding down EE, doc and enter. When I do...

For the TI-Nspire and TI-Nspire CAS handheld units with TouchPad and
the TI-Nspire CX and TI-Nspire CX CAS:

• Hold down [doc] [enter] [EE].
• While holding these keys press [on].

Please Note: For TI-Nspire Family handheld units that
contain rechargeable batteries you can alternatively hold the above
keys while pressing the [reset] button on the back of the handheld rather than
removing the battery for 2-5 seconds.

• The device will boot up as in the previous reset, but will display a menu
with the following options. Please try options 2, 3, and 4 in that order.
• 1: Cancel - The most non-intrusive reset option; no changes are made, the unit
restarts.
• 2: Delete Operating System - The operating system will be deleted
without deleting any documents on the system.
• 3: Delete Document Folder
Contents - This will delete the user's documents, but will not delete the OS.
Selecting this option is the same as using the RESET hole on the back of the
unit.
• 4: Complete Format - This will delete the OS and all documents for a
total wipe of the handheld.

Please note that the second and fourth option will require that the OS will need to be reinstalled.
