have you tear the paper when removing? there is a small paper left still inside the paper path. open the back side and the top part and check for small paper. I hope that will solve your problem and if think the problem still there the problem is one of the paper sensor actuator is broken or out of place.

find a file called MSTMON_Q.EXE
right click and rename the file to anything with a file extension .exe, I named it MSTMON.EXE
Create a shortcut to this new file in case you need it in the future and put the shortcut on your desktop
also, write the original name of the file down or put it on notepad, in case you want to change it back.

to remove drum error ..... power off printer open the catridge tray ...power on by pressing Go button ... when all lights glow release go button and press 5 times. then all lights off then get on at the same time close the tray...wait for some time then off the printer and power it on.
