I have a Motorola Q 9c and I have no sound when I try to make a call or someone calls me. Apparently the person on the other end can hear me, I just can't hear them.

so plz check the mobile speaker and change it 2nd speker iccc is coast is 200 ,...............

My phone does the same **** from time to time, all you have to do is take out the battery and put it back in and turn your phone on and BLAM good as new and it sould work just fine. =]

Motorola Q 9c the start menu doesn't work, and the main menu is blank.

Maybe your phone needs to be taken to the cell phone provider for a software update. This can be done in a few minutes.

Sounds to me like it could very well be a problem with the Windows Mobile OS. Take it to your phone company's corporate store and have them flash it (make sure they backup the phone numbers, media, etc). This should fix the problem, and best of all it is free!
