I have Model WF-S6607?WF-S6607TC. Washing Machine. Loaded the clothes, pressed the POWER button, pressed the WATER LEVEL button, pressed the PROCESS button, and pressed the START/PAUSE button, But few seconds later wash and rinse neon llight started to blink, machine did not work there after. what could be the Fault. Please advice.

Draining properly?
Fill it with water with nothing in the machine and see if it drains properly.

The first place to look is the inlet tap in the wall
even you have the tap on full the tap washer inside jams and prevents the full flow of the water
next check out the filter in the hose at the tap or at the washing machine end
next replace the water inlet solenoid
you can check this by changing the hose from the hot water tap onto the cold water tap and pressing the hot water button to fill
solenoids do not know the difference , they just work when the power is applied

Defective water level sensor or a defective motherboard.

When you press the "SPIN SPEED" button and "SOIL LEVEL" button the water level frequency should be above 246. If the water frequency level fails to reach 246 in 8 minutes you will get an IE error or inlet error. You would need to check the water valve, water pressure, etc.
How does the machine know if the water level is complete? Water level switch right? So obviously the control is timing the amount of time it takes till the water level switch kicks off. If it takes more than 8 minutes we have a problem don't we? Therefore if something is partially blocking the tubing from tub to switch that might throw off the water level switch. It is located on the main control assembly and has the rubber tube connected to it. The control board uses this to determine water frequency level. Just blowing the sediment out of that tubing will cure the IE error IF everything else mentioned is all good. I meself would do that first before replacing any parts.

The filter for your empty pump is probably clogged. The machine can't drain the water in the alloted time because it is draining to slowly through the clogged filter. The machine won't start the spin cycle if all the water hasn't been evacuated. You will need to find and clean out your empty pump filter (Probably behind a little door at the bottom of the machine.

How old is the washing machine?

my daughter and myself give the lid cover a very hard knock and suddenly the washing machine works again.

This is probably a lid cover open protection. Check to see if there is a magnet on the cover, positioned almost to centre (slightly to the right) at edge of the cover. There is some sort of plastic catch to house the magnet. If it is not there, place a magnet at the corresponding area on the washer where the plastic catch will touch when the lid cover close.
