There is the manual. The instructions for setting both digital and analog time are on the first page.
Note, if you SCROLL DOWN the link to Casio's website was already posted to find this. I found this information ON THIS PAGE. So if you can't find info by scrolling down, I fear for you with setting this watch. :) It is easy though.

This usually occurs when the battery is changed. There should be a process for synchronising the two times detailed in the manual.
To get a manual you go to "http://tissot.ch/" and on the black menu bar at the bottom of the page you will see "product support". Click on this and you will go to a page of instructions. Download yours and find the relevant method for putting your watch right.

press your "mode" button 5 times until it says on lower display "H-SET". Then press the "adjust" button until it beeps.
Now hold the "forward" button and the minute hand is moving.
